Your AI companion

Someone to tell, every day.

Your companion knows Naseer's book and your own journal, and nothing else. It is warm, short, and honest about what it is: an AI, here to help you notice the good days.

A sample conversation. Margaret is not a real reader.

What it does

Six things, and it does them well.

  • Listens to your day

Tell it about a happy moment in a line or two. It replies warmly, in plain English, and asks one gentle question at a time.

  • Saves the moment

It offers to add what you said to today's journal, with how happy it made you (1 to 5), how long it lasted, and a tag or two.

  • Answers from the book

Ask "What does Naseer say about staying connected?" and it answers only from the book and names the chapter. If the book does not cover it, it says so.

  • Knows your own journal

Ask "What have I written about most?" and it looks at your own entries. Nobody else's.

  • Writes your weekly notes

Every week it writes a short, warm note on what it noticed. Each one is labelled as written by your AI companion.

  • Writes your plan at the end

After eight weeks it drafts your personal happiness plan and a Happiness Framework in Naseer's format, from your own words and his book.

What it never does

Honest about what it is.

  • Never pretends to be Naseer. Every note it writes is labelled as AI.
  • No medical, financial or legal advice. For those, the book says: see your doctor or adviser, and so does the companion.
  • Never shares your words. Your chats are private, even from Naseer.
  • Never used to train AI. We use business terms with the AI provider that forbid it.
  • Never pushes a belief. The book is multi-faith and values-neutral, and so is the companion.
  • Never in charge. Naseer can switch the AI off for everyone, and set a monthly limit per reader.

If a note sounds like a crisis

This is a journal, not a clinic, and nobody reads it in real time. If something you write sounds like a crisis, the companion stops and shows help lines for your country straight away: 988 in the US (call or text), Samaritans in the UK and Ireland, and your local emergency number everywhere else. It will gently suggest talking to someone you trust.

The reveal is waiting

Meet your companion on day one.

Two months. One small moment a day. A reveal you will want to print and keep.
