How it works
Eight weeks, one small moment at a time.
Here is the whole journey, day by day. Nothing to install, nothing to remember, and nothing to catch up on if you miss a day.
The 56 days
A whole journey, at a glance.
One dot a day. Most days you write a line; some days are quiet, and that is fine. Every week ends with a bead on your necklace. Day 30 brings the halfway note. Day 57 opens the sealed guess.
- About 15 minutes on day one
- 1 to 2 minutes a day after that
- 2 minutes to read each weekly note
- 10 to 15 minutes with your reveal
- Day 1, sealed guess
- A happy moment
- A quiet day
- Weekly bead
Step by step
What happens, and when.
Day 1
Getting started
Watch Naseer's short welcome (you can skip it). Read and agree to the privacy notice. Choose the time of day for your email. Tell your companion about your happiest moments: in your life, last month, last week. Then write your sealed guess: what will make me happiest? It stays closed until the end.
Days 2 to 56
One happy moment a day
An email arrives at your time. Reply with a line, or open the website and tell your companion, by typing or speaking. Say how happy it made you (1 to 5) and how long it lasted. You may get one gentle "why?".

End of each week
What we noticed
A short, warm note on the patterns in your week. Your best moment becomes a bead on your memory necklace, with a photo if you like.
One bead a week, eight by the end.
Day 30
The halfway note
A look back at the first month: how many days you wrote, and the things that came up most. A good moment to pause on the porch.

If you go quiet
One gentle nudge
No streaks, no guilt. If a few days pass with nothing, you get one note that says pick up where you left off. Then it leaves you be.

Day 57
The reveal
Your sealed guess opens beside what really happened. The people, places, activities and times that lifted you most, what your low days had in common, a personal happiness plan, and a draft Happiness Framework in Naseer's format. Print it or save it.
Your reveal · Day 57
The people you love, and quiet time by the water, lifted you more than anything else these two months.
Your sealed guess, day 1
“Gardening, my grandchildren, and quiet Sundays.”
What really happened
Your grandchildren were right at the top. But it was walks by the lake with Ann that showed up most often and lasted longest. Gardening appeared less than you expected.

The end
Tell us how it went
A short feedback form, and one follow-up question about two weeks later. That is all.

Three ways to write
Whichever is easiest that day.

Yes, add it ✓Not nowTell your companion
Open the website on any phone, tablet or computer. Your companion offers to save the moment.
“We walked round the lake and the light was lovely…”
Say it out loud
Press the microphone and speak. Your words become text; the recording is deleted.
Also works with the AI off
The journal does not depend on the companion.
Naseer can switch the AI off for everyone at any time. The daily emails, your scores and tags, your weekly summary, the necklace and a simple reveal report still work from what you wrote yourself. Only the companion’s questions, voice notes and the written plan pause.
The reveal is waiting
Two months from now, you will know.
